Terms and Policies

Welcome to Samca Cleaning. By booking a service through our website, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Please review them carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Booking Policy

  • All appointments must be scheduled through our website using the “Book Cleaning Now” or “Subscribe to Weekly Plan” options.

  • Same-day or short-notice bookings are subject to availability.

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information, including name, address, access instructions, and contact number at the time of booking.

 

2. Payment, Pricing & Taxes

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Prices listed include cleaning products and labor. Add-ons (e.g., fridge, oven, deep cleaning) incur extra fees.

  • Applicable taxes will be added to the total amount at checkout, in compliance with Ontario regulations.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in a $25 late cancellation fee.

  • If our team cannot access the property (e.g., locked door, no answer), the full service fee may still be charged.

 

4. Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We do not offer refunds for completed services.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will offer a free re-clean or a service credit at our discretion.

  • Our goal is 100% satisfaction, and we will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

 

5. Subscription Plan Policy

  • Weekly plans are billed automatically via Stripe.

  • You may cancel or pause your subscription with a minimum of 7 days’ notice before your next scheduled cleaning.

  • Missed cleanings due to holidays or special requests will be rescheduled, not refunded.

 

6. Use of Eco-Friendly Products

  • All cleanings include professional-grade products.

  • Clients may request hypoallergenic or eco-friendly products during booking for an additional $15 fee.

  • These products are safe for pets, children, and those with allergies.

 

7. Liability & Damages

  • While we handle every space with care, accidents can happen.

  • Please report any damage within 24 hours of service completion.

  • Samca Cleaning will review and resolve issues case-by-case.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose fixtures, or unsafe environments.

 

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Declutter cleaning areas to allow our team to work effectively.

  • Inform us ahead of time of any sensitive surfaces, special instructions, or hazards.

  • Pets must be secured during cleanings for safety.

 

9. Health & Safety

  • If anyone in the household is experiencing illness, please notify us and reschedule.

  • Our staff reserves the right to decline entry into environments they feel are unsafe.

  • Samca Cleaning follows best practices to maintain hygiene and safety during every visit.

 

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect personal information solely to process bookings and maintain communication.

  • Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

  • Payment information is handled securely via Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

 

11. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:

    • Unsafe or unsanitary conditions

    • Harassment or disrespect toward staff

    • Repeated cancellations or no-shows
